General Policy

By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy applies to all venue listings, advertising packages, promotions, and paid services offered by SA Wedding Venues.2. Subscription & Listing Fees

2.1 Non-Refundable Fees

  • All subscription, listing, and advertising fees are non-refundable once payment has been made, except where otherwise stated in this policy.

Cancellations by Clients

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel at any time.
  • Cancellation will stop future posting of any content.
  • No refunds will be issued.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • You may cancel at any time.
  • If cancelled within 7 days of purchase, you may request a partial refund (subject to admin fees).
  • After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.

3.3 Advertising or Promotional Services

  • Once campaign planning or posting has begun, payments are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel before work begins, a refund may be issued minus admin fees.
  • Cancellations by SA Wedding Venues
  • We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any service if:
  • The client violates our terms and conditions
  • Payments are overdue
  • Content submitted is unlawful, misleading, inappropriate, or harmful
  • In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical errors caused by our system resulting in non-delivery of a service
  • An agreed-upon written exception
  • All refund requests will be evaluated individually.

Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved:
  • It may take up to 7–14 business days to process.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Administrative fees may apply.

Changes to Campaigns or Listings

  • If you request changes to your listing or campaign:
  • We will attempt to accommodate your edits.
  • Requested changes do not qualify for refunds.
  • Fees may apply for additional work beyond the original agreement.
