Doornbosch Estate & Guesthouses is a mere 2-hour drive from Cape Town, midway between Elim and Gansbaai. Centrally located between the local wine cellars, close to the white beaches of Pearly Beach and just a few minutes from the scenic mission village of Elim. Cape Agulhas, the southernmost tip of Africa is only 45 minutes away! This rural part of the southernmost area of the Western Cape is a well-kept nature reserve. Life here is relaxed, quiet and unspoilt.
This is the place where “getting away from it all” is possible. You have the choice of being part of a working cattle and game farm. Experiencing the farm on horseback or from our game drive vehicle, or just relaxing in the quiet luxury of our cottages and guesthouse and letting all your stress disappear.

OUR GUESTHOUSES
Our five guesthouses offer absolute privacy and utmost comfort. Perfect for couples, friends and families. Your children and pets are welcome at any time. Our houses can accommodate from 2 to 8 guests, for weekend getaways, honeymoons, family holidays and functions. Each self-catering house has a fully equipped kitchen, en suite baths, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a private terrace with braai facilities and sun beds. All guests have access to the crystal clear pool, secure parking, the organic vegetable garden (depends on season) and free access to walk and enjoy
