Take your time

With a policy of only one function per day, sufficient time is allowed to ensure that all the small details are in place and also avoids divided attention for any specific event. We offer a large selection of linen tablecloths, runners and napkins, upholstered high back cherry wood chairs, rectangle tables for flexibility in table sizes, barman facilities, as well as option to go with either buffet, plated, (dinner / lunch / breakfast) or picnic style of food service, all forms part of what Bon Cap has to offer.

Bon Cap has both a small and large function hall which, in accordance to the size of the wedding party, allows for intimate and more formal seating arrangements. Wedding parties of 10 to 150 can be accommodated.

Bon Cap does not make use of any set menu’s allowing a bridal couple flexibility for anything from two course to multiple course meals, food and wine pairing, canapé / harvest tables and late night snack platters to line the belly. A communal boma area can be booked to hosts the kick off for the weekend with family and friends to gather around and socialize before the hustle and bustle of the wedding day is upon the wedding party.

For the Love of it

Accommodation for thirty-six guests are available on the farm and 120 within a nine-kilometer radius from the venue, makes the possibility for a weekend wedding destination all the more probable. A bridal suite is prepared for the couple’s return to their cottage on the night of the wedding and forms part of the overall package offered by the farm. The opportunity for a scrumptious post wedding breakfast makes for a nice closure to the events hosted throughout the weekend although the eyes can only feast on all that is on offer as the stomach will never get as far to tasting it all.
