Marloo Cattle Ranch

Marloo Cattle Ranch is situated at the most Eastern tip of the Magaliesberg, close to the Bronkhorstspruit dam in Gauteng. It is only 45 min from Pretoria/East Rand/OR Thambo and only 3km away from the R25 road from Babsfontein to Bronkhorstspruit. About 200 head of cattle roam the wide open landscape of Marloo.

The wide open space of Marloo invites you to enjoy its calming views and endless sky. The farm garden with its many beautiful roses invites you to enjoy your wedding in an open atmosphere with an ambiance that only Nature can provide.

Marloo Cattle Ranch Weddings

The old farm barn has been transformed into a spacious hall that can seat 150 guests. It is clean and clear. The simplicity in design provides ample opportunity for specialised décor and lightning.

The flow of air and natural light easily controlled. This “American Saloon” style bar provides the perfect atmosphere for guests to relax and enjoy themselves.

The barn kitchen is situated in the Barn close to the dish – up area. It is either self-catering or we can cater for you.

Marloo Cattle Ranch Accommodation

Marloo has two 3 – Bedroom self-catering houses which can comfortably accommodate 6-8 guests. The houses have plenty of space inside which gives the opportunity to accommodate extra guests if necessary.
Other accommodation is also available in the surrounding areas if so needed.

Before and after the Wedding functions: We offer great Bachelor and bachelorettes parties which can various from Paintball games, fishing competitions, Clay Pigeon shooting, motivational talks and 4×4 (own vehicles/Quad bikes) routes. The drinking is up to you!

Our neatly kept garden with huge shade trees creates a wonderful setting for outdoor tea parties, kitchen teas and stork parties.
