Nestling in the historic village of Irene, the African Pride Irene Country Lodge is centrally located between Johannesburg and Pretoria, and a mere twenty-five minute drive from Oliver Tambo International Airport.

The Ceremony

The gazebo is our most popular area for your ceremony, it protects from the rain but should you wish to marry outside, options include the dams area and the big oak trees.

The Reception

We have a few alternatives for your reception venue to enable you to plan your perfect wedding.

St Andrews

This is our largest facility and can accommodate 90 people, seated with dancing and 100 people without dancing.

Boardroom

This venue is ideal for smaller intimate weddings and has a maximum seated capacity of 30 people.

Library Room

Wooden panelling and a fireplace creates a warm atmosphere for a wedding or cocktails with a maximum seating capacity of 60 people with dancing

Gazebo

Should you wish to add more of an outdoors feels to your wedding, our gazebo overlooking the lakeside is perfect for parties of up to 70.

The Marquee

For outside weddings, the marquee is the best choice. Located on the field next to the lake side, the area can seat 200 comfortably.
