Our chapel can take up to 130 people.
The wedding venue can take up to 170 people.
We have a lovely thatched indoor bar & trained barman available.

• Waiters – R300 per waiter
• Fruit juice and punch per table
• 3 course meal – R165 per person – menu available on request {WINTER SPECIAL}

CONDITIONS:
• Prices subject to change without notice.
• A non-refundable deposit of R5000-00 is required, payable within 14 days of the provisional booking to confirm your date.
• Full payment will be required one month before confirmed date.
• The bride and groom will be expected to confirm all details 14 days before the actual wedding date during a final meeting at the venue.
• A breakage deposit of R2000-00 is payable before confirmed date of wedding. In case of no damage, the amount will be refunded into your account within 14 days after the wedding.
• Private décor to be removed by 10 o’clock the next morning. We do not take responsibility of any items that are not the property of Out Of Africa Village.
• Out Of Africa is a fully licensed establishment and therefore no own beverages are allowed on the premises.
• Cash bar / open bar closes at 02H00.
